American Iron Magazine’s Kickstart Classic, beginning Friday, July 25th at Wheels Through Time Museum in Maggie Valley, North Carolina has been renamed the Ross Kiwi Tomas Kickstart Classic in honor of our great friend Ross, who passed away in a motorcycle accident this week in Riverside, California. “I have known Ross since he was a youngster. The entire staff at American Iron Magazine mourn his death,” Buzz Kanter, publisher of American Iron Magazine, said. “He was a terrific young man with a great passion for motorcycles, and he will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathies go to our close friends and industry icons Mike and Carolyn Tomas, his parents and owners of Kiwi Indian. We are proud to honor Ross by renaming our event this weekend in his memory, and he will be our spiritual road captain as we come together and ride these next three days.”
